Half the Year is Gone
Half the year to go.
Wherever did this year go to? I’m shocked that tomorrow is the first day of July. I’m even more shocked that my birthday is coming up in a few days. I’m in such denial.
So much has transpired in the first six months of this year. If I started to list them all I’d bore you all to tears, and probably put myself to sleep. That would be quite a stunt. Though some might accuse me of blogging while asleep in the past. I think I should be insulted. But, I’m not.
In case you haven’t noticed we finally re-launched “Where’s Our Squirrel?” today. Not much of a relaunch actually. More like a Portal to our blogs and Forums. As well as the blogs for Hiddenpcmaster and Linda’s World. If you’ve got a blog — and I know and like you, let me know and I might add it to the Portal. At least it’s better than the “Under Contruction” sign that used to grace that page.
Is there a rule against making New Second-Half-of-the-Year Resolutions? I’ve never heard anyone make one before. I think I’ll start the trend. It doesn’t make sense to have to wait an entire year to make changes in one’s life, does it? It’s like a Fiscal-Year check up from the neck up.
I can’t share them though for that would be bad kaarma. I do promise to post an end of year recapitulation of my resolutions.
