Yesterday

All my troubles seemed so far away.

Now it seems they’re here to stay.  At least for a while.  Just when you think things are well in hand, one must never take anything for granted.  And, one must, fight for what one thinks is right.

It’s time for me to stand my ground.  It’s something I’ve never really done in the past and I’ve kicked myself in the butt over it.  But, the time is now.  The cause is noble.  It’s time for one and all to see the light, and see what’s right.

I’ve never really believed in a higher power.  But, there’s somethings in life that one cannot totally comprehend.  I know that things happen for a reason.  And, we’re giving obstacles and challenges.  Obviously they’re placed their as learning and growing experiences.  I’ve backed away from challenges and confrontations.  I firmly believe in my heart that I have due cause to pursue and persevere.

I’m not looking to hurt anyone.  I’m looking to get back on track.  It’s easy to get derailed and get dismayed, and want to give up.  It takes courage to face the challenges.  And, the only way is to unite.  And, the only way to unite is to be a strong and steady influence and leader.  There’s the way.  I see it; I can taste it; I just need to get us over the goal line.

I’m hoping for the only logical outcome.

Tomorrow is on the horizon.  The sun will rise.  Hope will spring eternal.
