Didn’t It Used To Be Cold in November?
Today felt like an early Autumnal day. So clear, so crisp, and even the sun was cast such a spread of warmth upon my face as I walked the streets to the supermarket.
But, gosh, didn’t it used to snow in November? And strong winds would make it feel even colder than the thermometer indicated? Is this global warming trend a reality and not a myth? But, that’s not what I came here to write about this evening.
I came to talk about the beauty of the day; the beauty and sanctity of life. Of love. Well ok, you caught me. I was going to talk some smack about the New York Giants, but they’ve left me cold and hung out to dry. Hmmm, the parallels are eerie.
So, we’re pretty confident that February will make me shiver. But, what do they say about January? Is it too late to alter fate? Or, shall we just let fate do what it’s destined to do, and go with the flow?
December for sure is cold and wintry, isn’t it? I guess we’ll find out in two days.
