I’m a D*mn Fool!

Didn’t I even READ what I WROTE yesterday. Benedryl, like Trix, are for kids. So, why oh why did I think it was a good idea at 3am this morning to totally ignore my very own advice? Needless to say I am sleeping when I wrote so forgive me if it goes astray. Am I in a time warp or is it really 1999?

If you’re looking for a first party testimonial for yesterdays advice, let me tell you something. It works. D*mn well it works too!

What’s anti-benedryl? I’m guessing it’s a cup of coffee and/or a nice soothing (umm, read that invigorating) shower. I’ve done the cup of coffee thing. Next would be the shower. But, I’m too tired at the moment to make it that far. Plus, my fingers seem glued to this keyboard; and my head stuck in the clouds resembling the fog that rolls off San Francisco Bay. Or perhaps I’m dreaming and I made this all up.

So, it’s Mother’s Day weekend. I should be up and making Tracy breakfast (umm, mission accomplished — sort of… she had to go to Dairy Barn to pick up the bacon… but I made it all: scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, and coffee)… Cleaned the kitchen (as best as I could). Now, what’s to make for lunch? May be I’ll get lucky and she’ll sleep through it ;). Isn’t that what good husband’s do on Mother’s Day? Let their wives sleep?

Tomorrow the boys promised Mom to make her breakfast and serve it to her in bed. Why did I even bother cleaning the kitchen just now?? At worse they might have made it look cleaner LOL. Now there’s no chance of that. I raised the bar too high (geez, I crack myself up… too bad I’m too tired to laugh. Gosh, I hope it was funny, and I’m not just delirious from the Benedryl). Obviously I didn’t take enough ;)
