T-21 Hours ’til the 2009 Belmont Stakes

Who’s going to win?

Will there be a Jockey winning the personal Triple Crown (riding the winner of each leg of the Triple Crown)?  It’s never been done before, but can be done if Mine That Bird wins and gives Jockey Borel victories in the Kentucky Derby (on Mine the Bird) and the Preakness Stake (aboard Rachel Alexander).

Will Mine that Bird prove that he’s not a fluke?

Will another horse come out of the shadows to prevail in the Test of Champions (the Belmont Stakes)?

I don’t know.  I used to follow racing pretty closely.  But, not any more.  So, what’s a rusty handicapper to do?

Of course, that handicapper needs to rely upon the expertise, and or hunches, of others.  And, where does said handicapper get his information?  Why of course, he turns to the Squirrel Forum, where he posted a poll asking his loyal followers to select the three horses that they feel will finish first, second, and third in tomorrow’s race.

So, why not help me too by posting your selections.  What’s the Squirrel Forum you ask?  How do you find out more?  Quite simple actually.  You click here.
