The Early Bird
Not only catches the worm, but also doesn’t have to stress out about posting on their blog before the day is done.
And, speaking of done. I’m so done done done. Well done. Yep, that’s what I am. I’m tired of being tired. Tired of being stressed. Tired. Just plain tired.
Where do the weary get rest?
Perhaps if I finish this up then I will turn in early. Would that make me an early bird? Or, technically, does one have to wake up early to be an early bird?
Would an early bird turn in to a night owl if they traveled to the other side of the earth?
Though I can only imagine how cranky a jet-lagged early bird would be. I shuddered as that thought rolled off my fingertips.
I believe that the only way to avoid the early bird/night owl syndrome is to establish a routine (such as posting one’s blog every day). I bet that one can alter ones biological clock over time.
I wonder if we can alter ones attitudes as well. To change one’s altitude I would suggest taking up mountain climbing, or para-sailing. I haven’t done either, and I don’t anticipate changing that situation any time soon.
Dangnabbit, I just thought of another great blog post. What to do? Stop this and post another? This whole early bird thing could get me in a lot of trouble. And, that’s just so not what I need right now. More of the same.
Do I get a blue ribbon for posting this “early”?
