Raindrops Keep Falling on my Head…
But that doesn’t stop me at all. Like the postal service, I can take a licking and keep on ticking. That’s probably a juxtaposition of metaphors (I hope I’m not dangling any for that would be too obviously Freudian).
Just to take a step back and reconsider the reason that I created my blog (besides the fact that Hiddenpcmaster put the thought in my head) was to make money… errr, that would be a by-product. The main reason was to develop a large following (from looking at my flagcounter.com banner, I’m now being viewed by readers in 12 different countries, and almost up to 600 views (that EXCLUDES me — or, I’d be well in to six digits by now — I love reading my posts LOL), and of course to get people interested in my two Forums, the Squirrel Forum, and the Nassau County Aquarium Society Forum. But, But, BUT, when I look at that widget that shows how much my blog is worth, it’s still stuck at $0.00 (do you think it really works??? Anyone else using that widget?).
So, save my sanity, stroke my ego, and raise my self-esteem, and pleeease check out the aforementioned Forums.
Did I mention that it was raining out? Morton’s salt will still pour (for those of you that were curious).
