The price of everything is going up and up and up. Who knew that someone would be interested in rock? Well, it is Live Rock (don’t ask if you don’t know)…
My tank got a major reduction today. Virtually all the Live Rock (again, no questions) was taken today… three of the fish… the chiller… the wavemaker… and one powerhead. Of all that who would have thought that the rock costs more than all the other things combined. It’s rock for crying out loud! Oh yeah. It’s Live. Of course, I shouldn’t say that lest the buyer be upset. But the buyer knew he was getting a good deal when he got it.
Gosh I wish I knew where all the Pet Rocks I used to have are. A trained, housebroken, rock has to be worth even more, don’t you think?
We decided afterall to try to sell the tank too. Soon (we hope) all that will be left will be two holes in the wall. Damn, I really need to learn to zip my lip too. Actually we have to the two round pieces that were drilled out in order to set up the sump and all the equipment in the adjoining room. So, with a little glue, it should fit like a glove and no one will be the wiser. But, what if the glove doesn’t fit??
